Red Suede Shoes is hyper focused on finding opportunities to shake things up, explore innovative solutions, and build meaningful engagements for our clients and their communities.  We realize that business gets done when people have fun and we’re here to help you make that happen.

WHAT DO WE DO: We shake things up.  Ok, we do a lot more than that, but as far as you’re concerned, our job is to make it simple for you.  We do this through a strategic process of marrying your marketing, digital presence, business development, events, and operational processes as needed. From engaging your top clients to bringing your brand to the streets, from hosting a conference to hitting your revenue projections and beyond, let's do this.

    • 8 weeks to review full event portfolio, focus on remaining 2 events for 2017

    • In 2016 events came in $300k under projected review, after consultancy 2017 events came in $450k over projected revenue

  • Fear Paradox Summit July 2017

    • Engaged with year 1 summit 30 days prior to launch when event was about to be canceled, $60k in debt and under 30 tickets sold

    • Brought the conference out of debt, all expenses covered, over $10k net revenue, with $115k in partnership and sponsorship engagements and over 300 tickets sold

  • Venture Connects 2014-2015

    • Events: Grew calendar from 4 to 30+ events with 3 unique concepts increasing previous average single event attendance by 200%+

    • Sponsorship: $0 to $30K+ in one year

    • Marketing: increased social media following and email subscribers by 30%

    • Founding Partner in the FUND Conference
